Laos is a smaller landlocked country.  Randy has helped with several projects over the years he was based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. 

He helped lay out a series of nursery and grow out ponds in Luang Nam Tha Province which were providing fresh tilapia daily to the local markets.  He is currently helping with the development of the first large scale tilapia hatchery near the Vientiane area called XP Aquatics and helping another farm in southern Laos called Southern Animal Husbandry (SAH).
